Join us for this foundational level class to explore our natural state of being (Joyful), and the obstacles that interfere with it. You will have the chance to reflect on where life may be out of balance and create a plan to shift the energies to cultivate greater health in body mind and spirit.

If you are a new client at Blue Skies Holistic Care, we encourage you to attend at least one time.

This class is held on the first Wednesday of the month from 6:30-7:30. There is no standard fee for this class, we ask you give what you can as a cash donation from your heart. All proceeds will go to heal the earth.
