Guided relaxation is a process where you have the chance to listen to a recording with earphones during your therapy. It is a great way to enhance relaxation and a way to allow the body to refuel. There are a variety of physical health benefits to guided relaxation including lowering blood pressure, lowering stress hormones in the blood and overcoming insomnia. After quieting body and mind, you can feel full of energy and exceedingly relaxed. Refreshed, you are ready to move on with the day.
